This modification is based on modification created by Bin4ry. The advantage of our modification is to support all models of phones with Android 5.0 or higher. This was achieved because was cut LiveView.
Now You can change the settings of White balance, Exposure, Timer and HDR, and use the phone as a remote for the shutter release of the Samsung Gear 360.
Now the app Gear 360 Manager works even on older devices such as the Samsung Galaxy S4 and Note 3! As well as any other models by any manufacturer if installed Android 5.0 or higher.

The possibility of a modified application Gear 360 Manager:

1. Using the phone as a remote for capturing spherical photos.
2. Using the phone as a remote for shooting timelapses spherical. Useless feature for two reasons: 1. Сamera overheats and optics fog up after 10 minutes; 2. Low quality in this mode, for shooting 8K timelapse on Gear 360 is better to use Google Street View and in cold weather.

ATTENTION!
The modified program may not be used as a console to remotely start video recording and looped videos! Also not supported stitching of photo and video on the phone.

It is understood that the connection with the camera already installed on the Samsung Gear 360 is running and You have switched to the viewfinder.
Remember, the Gear 360 connects via Wi-Fi Direct to your phone AUTOMATICALLY — You just need to enable Bluetooth on the phone.

Switch to shooting photos, to do this press Mode in the lower left corner and select the icon of the camera.

1. Make spherical photo by pressing the Shutter button.

2. Immediately after shooting click to view the latest captured photo. (THAT IS A MUST!)
3. Click the back arrow to exit playback mode, to return to the viewfinder and take the next spherical shot.

Optionally, before taking a photo You can change the White balance, Exposure compensation, Timer and HDR, and after completing the shooting of the next picture, don't forget it again immediately to view last photo before shooting another photo.

Also You can change the restriction settings ISO sensitivity, to limit the noise level or to increase the brightness of night shots. To do this in the viewfinder, tap the gear settings icon.
